HOUSTON – October 18, 2017 – AIG (NYSE: AIG) announced today the availability of its Travel Guard® travel insurance products and services on United.com and the United mobile app. The program is part of a multi-year deal between AIG and United for AIG Travel to offer its travel insurance plans to United customers.

Travel Guard is now an option available to United customers booking travel on United.com and on the United mobile app. These plans include coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, personal baggage loss/delay, emergency medical services and more. AIG Travel’s travel insurance plans are currently available to the airline’s customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and many countries throughout Western Europe. AIG Travel is a part of AIG’s market-leading Personal Insurance business.
