Trip Interruption

Up to 100% Insured Trip Cost

Reimburses nonrefundable, unused payments or deposits if you must interrupt your Trip due to a covered Sickness, Injury, or death of you, a Family Member, Traveling Companion or Business Partner, or for other covered reasons. Also covers additional transportation costs to return home early for a covered reason.

Maximum of $2,500

Trip Delay

Up to $1,500

Reimburses up to $150 per day for certain Reasonable Additional Expenses until travel becomes possible if your Trip is delayed for more than five consecutive hours due to covered reasons.

Missed Connection

Up to $500

Reimburses you if Inclement Weather or a Common Carrier delay causes you to miss a connecting flight. Does not apply if you do not leave adequate time between connecting flights.

Travel Medical Expense/Dental Expense

Up to $50,000/$500

Travel Medical Expense reimburses for certain medical expenses incurred for treatment by a physician of a covered Sickness or Injury that happens while on a Trip. A $500 sub-limit applies for dental expenses.

Baggage Coverage

Up to $2,500

Reimburses you if your covered luggage is lost, damaged or stolen while on your trip.

Baggage Delay

Up to $1,000

Reimburses you for the purchase of certain Necessary Personal Effects if your bags are delayed for more than 12 hours.

Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains

Up to $500,000 (maximum of 2 evacuations per year)

Covers certain expenses for a medical evacuation directed by a Physician to the nearest adequate medical facility or home in the event of death or if medically required.

Non-Flight Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Up to $50,000

Pays for certain loss of life or limb if it occurs within 365 days of a covered Injury sustained during your Trip.

Security Evacuation 

Up to $100,000

Coverage for evacuation away from your destination for covered reasons which may include certain advisories, Natural Disasters and more.

Assistance Services+

All Assistance Services listed below are not insurance and are not provided by the insurer. Travel Guard provides assistance through coordination, negotiation and consultation using an extensive network of worldwide partners. Expenses incurred from third-party vendors for assistance services not part of a filed insurance plan are the responsibility of the traveler.

Emergency Travel Assistance

24-hour hotline to assist you with emergency travel changes such as rebooking flights, hotel reservations, tracking lost luggage and more.

Travel Medical Assistance

A menu of services available for emergency medical requests including prescription replacement assistance, Physician referrals, medical evacuations and more.

Worldwide Travel Assistance

Assistance with travel emergencies or request for general travel information including lost, stolen or delayed Baggage, replacing lost passport or travel documents, emergency cash transfers, pre-Trip travel advice, vaccination information, etc.

Concierge Services

Call on your own personal assistant to help. Services include tee-time reservations, restaurant referrals and reservations, wireless device assistance, sporting or theater tickets and assistance with other special requests.

Identity Theft Assistance

If personal information is stolen, emergency travel counselors will assist with contacting credit card companies, monitoring credit reports and working with local authorities to help with identity restoration. (Not available to NY residents.)

Personal Security Assistance 

Assistance arranging emergency and security evacuation and coordinating consultants to extract clients safely. Provides 24/7 access to security and safety advisories, global risk analysis and immediate security intelligence on events occurring throughout the world.
